Pleasant apartment, stunning sea view. Would definitely return.
Location was excellent. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the cleaner who was lovely.
Music went on until 12-1am but sort of expected that anyway. Deal was for room and breakfast but the kitchen closed and they stopped serving food 2 days before the end of our stay.

Not what was expected.
Convient for visiting family. One person on the bar during the day and the person who serviced the rooms were pleasant.
The apartment was overpriced for the guality of provision. There was a broken glass top on the drawers. The sheets were not ironed. There were dirty marks on the cupboards. I took photographs but didn't complain because of how the compliant below was handled. We booked a room with a sea view and were given a room with a sreet view. When we complained, we eventually offered one with a sea view which we didn't take as it had a bath. My husband has mobility issues and cannot access a bath. The person who I dealt with was stressed and kept saying it was overbooking. They were constantly on the phone and didn't seem interested. Some of the staff were abrupt and all seemed to be rushing. Getting a bill for the bar and then getting change took a very long time.
